道路危险货物运输经营许可证明

一是行政许可的基础
《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》(根据2012年11月9日中华人民共和国 国务院第628号命令《国务院关于修改和废止部分行政法规的决定》修正案)第25条如果要进行货物操作申请，应按照下列规定提交申请并按照本条例单独提交。第22条和第24条规定的条件的相关材料：
(一)从事危险货物运输以外的货物运输业务的，应当向县级道路运输管理机构申请;
第二十二条申请货运，应当符合下列条件：
(1)符合其业务运营并通过测试的车辆;
(二)司机符合本条例第二十三条规定的条件的;
(3)有健全的安全生产管理系统。
《道路货物运输及站场管理规定》第六条申请公路货物运输，应当符合下列条件：
(1)符合其业务运营并已通过测试的运输车辆。

(2)有些司机符合指定条件：
1.获得与驾驶车辆相对应的机动车驾驶证;
2.年龄不超过60岁;
3，经设区市道路运输管理机构通过了公路货物运输规定，机动车维修和货物及装载和储存基础知识的检验，并取得了资格证书。
(3)具有完善的安全生产管理制度，包括安全生产责任制，安全生产经营规则，安全生产监督检查制度，驾驶员和车辆安全生产管理制度。
